I found this website: www.thefabricfloozie.com where this awesome gal repurposes old clothes into clothing mainly for her little girl. Of course the copy-cat queen had to give it a go. Here' a dress I made from a long tube skirt. The skirt was interesting because it had beads at the bottom. The zipper is from the back of the skirt so I didn't even have to mess with making one. Total time-45 minutes. Sorry I forgot to take a before picture. I'm now obsessed and I don't even have a little girl to try this on to see if it fits. Oh boys...
